Butt welding machines are designed for welding plastic pipes and fittings in the manufacture of pipeline systems for the transportation of gas, water and other liquids. Welding machines have been designed to connect pipes with diameters from d40 to d315 and comply with national and international standards for welding equipment, for example, DVS 2208 or ISO 12176. The key advantage of the devices is a variety of modifications. The movable third locking mechanism of the centralizer provides time savings and flexibility when fixing bends and tees in the apparatus without the use of additional tools. The new design of the loop in the locking ring allows you to quickly and easily fix the pipes, align them and remove them from the device. If necessary, the upper half-ring of the retainer can be completely removed. When the centralizer is rotated around the longitudinal axis by 90 °, a second working position is obtained, preserving the original direction of pipe tightening. All hydraulic and electrical connectors are located on the rear wall of the unit and are protected by housing elements. Only one socket in the generator is required to connect the device. Oil level control and filling are carried out without disassembling the hydraulic unit.
